Abstract
Germanium-on-Silicon waveguide chips coated with functionalized mesoporous silica were used for evanescent wave sensing of organic contaminants in gas and aqueous phase. Low ppm level LODs and fast response times pave the way for in-line monitoring. Related Research Topics
