Ir. Xin Guo (Doctoral Researcher)
This person is working in this group since 2020.
Xin Guo received his M.S. degree in Applied Physics from University of Twente, the Netherlands in 2020. Since October 2020, he joined Photonics Research Group of Ghent University - Imec as a Ph.D. student. His research interests include on-chip laser and photodiode for Mid-IR applications, and currently focusing on GaSb on Ge-SOI/SOI lasers and photodiodes. Specific Research Topics
